Joey was our little cremello tobiano colt by "Perfect Gold Paint" and out of "Bar J Coquette". He was a very handsome little man, with the most beautiful ice blue eyes, and the longest eyelashes!!
Unfortunatly, he was laid to rest at a week old. The poor little guy must have caught a kick from one of the other horses, and broke his left femur. He was so heroic, and hobbled around until the vet got here, like nothing was wrong. I was crossing my fingers that it was just dislocated. Unfortunatly it was broke. So I felt that he has every right to be on this website as all my other loved horses. Please take a look at a few of the pictures I was able to get of him during his week at the farm. |
